These seven lessons explore issues ranging from developing a positive identity to building coalitions for implementing change. While it’s important for youth to be strong leaders in their community, it’s also important that they find organizations that are already working in the community and offer their help. This lesson challenges students that simply talking about the issues we’re passionate about isn’t enough… we must also act on them!
