Educational Scholarship

The Live Out Loud Educational Scholarship was created to provide financial support for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) youth who are pursuing a college degree. Through this scholarship, LGBT youth can apply for monies to pay for educationally related expenses to pursue a degree from an accredited college, university, or technical/vocational program. This year Live Out Loud is awarding 4 scholarships for $ 2,500.00 each.

Graduating 2011 Highschool seniors, Live Out Loud is awarding 4 scholarships for $2500

Live Out Loud is granting scholarships to college-bound Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender high school seniors* who have a strong capacity to “Live Out Loud” and who demonstrate leadership skills at their school and in their community.

HURRY APPLICATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 18th!

*Applicants must be from the New York Tri-State Area (NY, CT, NJ)

Young Trailblazers Fall 2009 Update

At the Annual Young Trailblazers Benefit Gala in April, Live Out Loud honored four LGBT high school seniors with $2500 scholarships in recognition of their outstanding leadership.

With the generous support of the Live Out Loud community, these four young adults are now beginning their college careers, and we are excited to bring you an update on their activities.
